Notre Dame Football Game

On Grayson's 5 month birthday we decided to go to a Notre Dame game. Realistically, we will never live in the mid west again, so we figured that we need to take the opportunity to do weekend getaways whenever we can. So, this morning we woke and checked out ND tickets. We found tickets under face value and bought them, left our house at 1 and drove an hour and half for the game in South Bend at 330. Indiana is actually in eastern time zone, so we could drive there see the game and be back home by 645.

Excuse my grossness!!! We literally decided we were going to the game and left our house in 20 min... Not enough time to get ready!

Cutie pie sportin' ND colors!

Talk about a lucky and FUN day, we bought tickets under face value, and when we got to the stadium...we were late, obviously, we got SUPER close free parking because the game had already started. We also got a free ticket for Grayson. Apparently EVERY PERSON, even a 5 month old needs a ticket! Crazy! But, the ticket agent had an extra ticket that she gave us for free so he could come to...as if we would leave him;)!

We had a great day and Grayson did so great at the game! Everyone around us was so surprised he did not cry at all! He was just enamored with the game and the band (we were 10 rows behind them)! It was so neat to go to a football game and stadium that has so much nostalgia behind it! What a great day to celebrate his 5 months!

xxoo,
Tiff
